Horikita Maki should stop playing the damsel in distress who finds true love. No, really. She's taking all the roles that Ueto Aya could have taken years ago but is too old for now. Or something. Maybe watching. Hey, look at all the familiar names...

Shiroi Haru

Cast: Abe Hiroshi, Oohashi Nozomi, Yoshitaka Yuriko

Man released from jail to find that he knocked someone up prior to his jailing.

Abe Hiroshi, good. Yoshitaka Yuriko, good. Oohashi Nozomi that annoying kid. Not so good. Maybe watching.

Smile

Cast: Matsumoto Jun, Aragaki Yui, Koike Eiko

Half Filipino, half Japanese man lives through problems with a smile, meets cheerful verbally challenged girl. Romance will probably ensue.

The storyline sounds so bleh. Like I have so heard and seen this before. People has shit happen to their lives but they live on determined. There's nothing new there. Nothing. But watching, unless it is really boring then I might have to stop halfway through.

Meitantei no Okite

Cast: Matsuda Shota, Kashii Yu

Detective and lady cop solves mysteries with the most cliched methods. And Matsuda Shota and Kashii Yu. Good enough.

I think this is humour based. And it has got Matsuda Shota. I like Kashii Yu too!

The Quiz Sho

Cast: Sakurai Sho, Yokoyama Yu, Matsuura Aya

Quiz show that makes contestants confess about the crap they did or something. Woo Sakurai Sho. Woo, Yoko. Woo, Ayaya. We are so watching.

Watching. Looks interesting enough. I think this is a rip-off of some American game show I once saw on TV. But hey, two Johnny's boisies. You gotta watch this.

Godhand Teru

Cast: Hiraoka Yuta, Mizukawa Asami, Kaname Jun

Boy aims to be surgeon like daddy who died. Boy finds that he has supertalent in saving lives in the operation room. I hear yawns.

Ikemen Sobaya Tantei

Hot soba restaurant dude solves mysteries. Has Japan run out of drama ideas?

This looks interesting enough. Watching!

Close siblings, the brother is smart and the sister dumb. They fight but shares a bond. Oh did I mention they were orphans?

But that is Odagiri Joe. He's like super hotness. Kashii Yu, you lucky, lucky woman. Maybe watching.

Something about savvy business people building a dam. Hey, Ayase Haruka and Fukakyon. Two of my favourite actors! We are watching. And they have Shingo Mama Katori Shingo too.

Cast: Aibu Saki, Hayami Mokomichi, Mizushima Hiro

Wasn't the robot put to rest after malfunctioning? What more is there to tell?

[PV] Tohoshinki - Kiss The Baby Sky

xD OMFG WTF.

Yeah, I am excited about the Tohoshinki PV not because of the song. The song is mediocre. The PV quality is so-so.

Look who I spotted?! OMFG.

Nishio and Hatori! From Zoom In! I know they're not like big stars or anything. But I was VERY close to closing it because the song is nothing special and the PV... is a total snoozefest. Until I saw Nishio. I was like... hey, that chick looks familiar. And then Hatori's face came up and shocked me to death.

And then I was like wtf are they pretending to paint together? Are they pretending to be in love? OMFG This is so disturbing. xD Okay, not so. Quite disturbing.

Not that it matters. But wouldn't Hatori prefer to appear in an Arashi PV?

Gasp... betrayer. And he claimed to be an Arashi fan. Tsk, tsk, tsk. xD

Yeah, I am a bit high today. xD High tension, as the Japanese would put it. Why am I fussing over this crap?

I have an early class tomorrow... err later today. Off I go.

The song is certainly nothing to fuss over. Especially after such a good single, I guess they thought they needn't try too hard. It is so boring, I didn't even bother to screencap them. Yes, Nishio and Hatori are bigger news. xD I love these two. Don't ask why. I don't even know why. It is like how I like Anderson Cooper and Erica Hill. But I prefer Soledad O'Brien over Erica Hill. Never mind me, I am rambling.

xD Can I be any later?

Well, you see, homework... I have freaking homework. Currency conversion. It is very hard to decide whether I should use the bid price or ask price for a situation because they complicate the situation. I almost yanked my hair out.

But Aiba looks so yummy in here, I cannot not talk about how yummy he is.

... Uh... Taka and Nakai announced that Utaban will be moving to another time slot and then the staff started to move the set when the camera was rolling. xD And you can spot Sho LOL-ing inside the waiting room. xD Then Arashi was invited out. xD When you look at the whole group, they look so... nice. Nice like handsome, clean-cut nice. Like matured artists nice. xD But we all know they're not.

Apparently, Aiba barely made it to the filming because he was doing his stageplay, "Green Fingers". Is he not playing a jailbird-turned-gardener? Bad boys - good. Gardeners - good. Is he getting down and dirty? I'd really love to watch that. Girls like bad boys. xD I know I haven't outgrown my bad boy-liking completely. I'd really like to see Aiba fight someone and WIN. Oh hotness. When Nakai asked if other members were going, Nino and Sho said they will but Jun was all "I'd like to go but..." then he was cut off when Nakai was WTFing at Taka-san and Ohno. They were chatting like it was nobody's business.

Okay, I have a feeling like if Jun has to kick someone out of Arashi, it would be Aiba. He's always very harsh when it comes to Aiba. I am not kidding. When he tsukkomis Ohno, you can tell that there's... like affection there. Or something. With Aiba, there's none of that. There are times when he just lashed out at him without holding back. I mean, just because Aiba's that dumb doesn't mean you can bully him. xD

Goro-chan's make-up box

There's talk about "Uta no Onii-san", "Yatterman", "Door to Door" and "Smile" afterwards. There's a recurring joke where Taka-san sang "Beautiful Days" with the wrong lyrics, most probably intentionally. Then there was this corner where Arashi describe what they eat in a day from breakfast to dinner. Sho gets to eat his momma's cooking, Nino eats... cheap food (his favourite), Jun acts all goodboyish and said he cooks himself and all, Aiba eats... stuff, Ohno eats... sukiyaki. When Nakai was talking to Sho about Sho's working-woman of a mother, Ohno told him impatiently that time is running out and he should move on quickly. Nakai followed Ohno's instructions. xD Yeah and when Nakai was talking about Gundam with Nino, Ohno was like "WTf, like who gives a rat's ass about Gundam? Move on sucka..." (Well, he might as well have said that...) and Nakai was all obedient as well. xD That was funny. So no fighting this episode I guess.


When Taka-san said that there must be girls throwing themselves at Jun and that since Jun can do housework so well, he doesn't need one. Jun exclaimed that he wants one. YEAH RIGHT, AND MY HAIR IS NATURALLY PINK and you know what else is pink? THE SKY. The man is so flaming unstraight that I'd pity the girl he uses as cover. xD HA HA. xDDD

Arashi was then introduced to a lot of different types of Bento boxes used by salarymen to bring food to work. They were asked to choose one and start making their own Bento. Sho chose to make a sandwich (and he doesn't know how a toaster works. Momma makes toasts at home, you see...), Nino riceballs (Nakai made Nino sing the okoge soup song from the commercials), Jun... complicated stuff cos he probably wants to show off, Aiba natto omelets (He was pretty confident but it didn't turn out nice. Aww, its okay, he looks freakin sexy during the process...), Ohno fried rice with soup (Nakai and Taka-san were doubtful. xD But it turned out pretty good). Of course Jun won. I don't like the image he's projecting, the excellent top student type. Like, seriously... I can just zzzzz.

I'd like to eat Nino's. xD I like Japanese rice. They're... delicious. Ohno lost (injustice... *murmurs*) and then they made all of them do "A.RA.SHI" because it won't be a complete episode without it. Having done this so many times, Arashi has learned to bounce a bit when they were dancing in a circle. Seeing them doing this while wearing an apron is... priceless. Taka-san asked for the "Namida chorori song", Nino gave him the "Namida chorori song". Towards the end, they asked the lady announcer who she likes best (I think they asked that) and she said Ohno and Ohno accused her of lying. Ingrate. And so ends the episode.

Phew...

P.S. Is Ohno wearing yellow and Nino wearing blue? I think so. What is this another of that love-hinting thing again? Like their love spat in the magazine's message boards are not enough? Gosh, like seriously. It is pretty disturbing... xD

Tohoshinki

Tohoshinki got to speak. They got to come out like everyone else. I was hoping for a day like this when they were totally belittled as Koda Kumi's "plus one guest". They didn't get to make a grand entrance, didn't get to camwhore themselves at the seating area. It was a bit WTF for me. I was listening to their songs day and night back then. They were and are my only Korean obsession to date.

If I remain a fan, this would have brought tears to my eyes (to dramatize things a bit.) It has been a long journey and they finally got there. And I, being me, have a thing or two to say. But fans of Korean artists scare me shitless. No, really. I am not kidding. They really do. Yes, I have heard of Korean people killing themselves because they pissed fans off. And I am death-fearing. Very death-fearing. In fact, the idea of death alone scares me shitless. (NOT ALL fans, just SOME. Just to make it clear...)

So, I am keeping it subtle. That doesn't mean I think of them any better than the others. All the good things I say are what I think. All the bad things I say... well, I'll try to filter it a bit. Because their fans scare me shitless.

They're not as WOW to me anymore. Maybe it is the hair. Maybe they're trying the mod thing. Doesn't work. I remember that they used to dance really great. Like they were all very in sync with each other. Not anymore. Is it just me, or does JaeJoong gasp really loud when he sings. Okay, like I have always noticed that, just that... it is starting to bother me. If I have to pick the best singers... JunSu and ChangMin. Defintely. YooChun's hair makes him look like a middle-aged woman. You know, the wife of some rich dude. xD

On to the good things. Their clothes, always nice, always cool, always chic. (Except YooChun's skirt-like thing) But it can get a bit monotonous. If it is not suit, it is army-type clothes with lots of arm bands. When they're trying to look summery, they'll wear white. White, grey, black. BORING. Dance moves, always nice, but at times mixed with a bit awkward-ness. Like that ending pose they have where YunHo is way off as compared to the other members. xD Try and spot it.

The song. Like... FUCKING GOOD. xD I love the song. So very much. I think the song is suitable if you want to move a bit in your shower. xD xD Okay, maybe it is just me...

But do they not look like they were bored sitting there? If it were some other group, I would be a bit harsh and say that perhaps they should show some respect for the other speaking artists but... yeah... their fans scare me. So, I would say that... yeah, I understand. Perhaps they're tired? xD

They would be up against KAT-TUN. And normally, I'll say that Tohoshinki should win but KAT-TUN WILL win. Now... I watched KAT-TUN's PV, I heard their song. There is quite a good match up ahead. No, seriously... even with all the crap dancing that KAT-TUN will probably deliver on stage. (They did it well on the PV because they could re-take it...) And then they're KAT-TUN. It is supposed to mean something, even when they have awful hair and Jin's annoying arrogance. I wish it could have been different, but... life's not always fair.

And... Arashi had to go next. Upbeat songs. There's dancing. But not similar, both the songs and the groups. xD Arashi is totally straying towards comedy. xD Of all the things they can talk about... they were talking about rectal exams. Good going, Arashi. xD

Sho gave us a demonstration of his experience during the rectal exams. He laid on his side without taking his pants off. Then the nurse took his pants off for him. He was probably aiming for that. Sneaky dude. Lucky nurse. xD Yes and as one can imagine, it was all about the asshole from then one. They were talking about their asshole inspection and... Ohno was the only one who did not get an anal probe. xD

Arashi always gets laughs when they speak like that. Maybe they really can do well as comedians. You know, like Down Town. xD xD So Ohno said that he was filming his drama, that was why he couldn't go. But he said that he would probably be the type that gets his pants removed for him instead of him taking the initiative to remove the pants. xD Tamori then asked if Ohno has a thing for being stripped off by others. xD Tamori is a freakin' genius and a psychic. You wonder what he must think of Ohno. Probably thinks he's flaming gay... remember during "Happiness" when they were talking about the famous OhMiya ass-grab?

Nino cut in and said that perhaps they should quit talking about the asshole and start talking about their song... and then time was up and they had to go stand by. xD

Their clothes are okay. I guess Japanese boybands accessorize a bit more. I really don't like that shirt Ohno was wearing. The performance... I remember the first time I watched the clip yesterday... I was very excited. I lost count of the number of times I watched it. xD

Right before GLAY performed, Nino had to show his playing cards. And that came right after a sneak peak of the coming SP episode of M-Sta where they showed Arashi's younger days when they were clad in embarrassingly horrible clothes. Clothes that are so flashy in a bad way that I tear up because they're so fugly.

Shibasaki Kou

... She's doing Tsumabuki Satoshi. We are envious. But what a pretty girl and very polite-looking and humble too. Nice song, btw.

BoA

Is she debuting in the U.S.? Seriously? Even Utada Hikaru didn't sell well there, what makes her think that she can? Pretty girl though. Nice singing voice too. But her body(sans legs and head) is longer than her legs. That's not very proportionate.

Rock'A'Trench

Uh... I think I skipped this part as a whole. Whee.

GLAY

Ah... they performed a great song. A bit more like a rock ballad with Takuro on piano. Gosh this is nostalgic. xD Teru has really aged. And he didn't age well. Sad to say. Jiro used to have a boyish charm about it... not anymore. Hisashi is... well I can't see his face well enough to tell the difference.

It is a nice song. Maybe I should try it a few more times.

AKB48

Teenage girls. Lots of them. Take them away, they scare me.

xD They had to put Nino next to YunHo. The top of Nino's head barely reached his chin. xD And yes, they look very wimpy next to the Korean boys. Do I care? No. xD Cos I like them like that. Short, a bit stupid and very funny.

Although it appears like I have totally ignored Tohoshinki's activities, I haven't. I watched that SMAPxSMAP episode in which they appeared. I don't get their humour. It always seem forced. Like they are trying too hard to be funny. And trying too hard to be funny is just pretty not funny. The only one that seems genuinely funny is JunSu. He has that 'tenren' thing going on. xD He's like the Aiba/Junno/K. Tsuyoshi/Inocchi/DoKo of the group. xD You need one in every group.
