[Utaban] Koda Kumi ft. Tohoshinki - Last Angel

Kuu is so cool. She totally let the boys take the spotlight. Even in M-Sta she mentioned them although they weren't allowed to make an entrance. Its like she is confident of her position and didn't feel like she had to grab the attention everywhere she goes.


First Taka-san was like "Who the heck are these people?"

Then Kuu was like, "Oh I collaborated with them because I saw their first concert and they were really cool."

Then Nakai made fun of the group's name, which is a little odd because Japanese are used to names like KAT-TUN and NewS and stuff.

I always liked the Utaban cups, they're so colourful.

Aww look at Kuu and Nakai, the actually look very funny together. If the rumours were true, they'd be Japan's funniest couple.

Nakai asked the boys about their image of Kuu and Nakai answered the question himself by saying Kuu is a noisy Kansai person, to which Kuu answered with a "Uoooi!" xD It was hilarious seeing those two interact.

Taka-san was just laughing while waiting for those two to stop flirting.

Then it is the customary self introduction session. The first to go was the leader. Oh, I 'forgot' to cap his face. Nevermind.

ChangMin is 19. Nakai was like "Damn, you're born in 1988? That was when SMAP was formed!"

xD Then it was Jae's turn.

Then someone was very excited about performing his whatever, Nakai went and scolded the fans for "Ufufufufufu"-ing too much. xDDDDD

Then Jae ate hot paste with rice.

And said he liked the pain that came with the spicy food.

Nakai asked "How M can you be?" I think they describe S as people who like to inflict pain and M as the people who like to be on the receiving end of pain.

Jae offered for him to try it.

Kuu said it was delicious.

She tried to feed Nakai.

Nakai threw a fit and said "No effing way!"

Taka-san then asked if all of them can sing. And some dude who was supposedly the leader said something about showing them acapella.

They sang a beautiful song called "Towa ni" by Gospellers. The Gospellers' acapella is a wee bit better than Tohoshinki's.

Kuu was so taken by their singing ability. So was I.

And Nakai was too!




Then Jae made some joke. When Nakai said something about SMAP also being a 5-member group but he is now missing 4 of them. Then Taka-san was like "But you can't do Acapella, all you can do is Akabane (or sth like that, presumably is the name of a train station.) Then Nakai was like "You guys don't know what that is right?" Then Jae was like "Akabane? Akabane? Ohh that's quite funny/interesting...!" in a really sarcastic way. That was totally xDDDDD.

Then it was Utaban versus Tohoshinki in a duel to charm the girls.

The Japanese men were really disgusted by how Koreans show their love. Frankly, so was I. I mean, PAIR LOOKS? I mean... seriously! *Joins Nakai and Taka-san in the BLUUUEEK action.*
