The drama revolves around a mysterious quiz show which offers the contestants a chance to make their dreams come true. But going through the quiz proves no easy feat for the contestants as the host and the director, who seem to know everything about the contestants, asked the contestants questions about their darkest, most secretive pasts.

Although the producer, Saejima Ryoko, objects to such a method of attracting high viewership ratings, everyone else seemed to agree to follow the lead of Honma Toshio, the suspicious director who has a strange, commanding presence over the host, Kamiyama Satoru.

Kamiyama lives in a dark, guarded room and appears to have lost his memory prior to hosting the quiz show abd suffers constant headaches with snapshots of his past appearing in his head occasionally.

Honma appears to bear a grudge but was able to work with Kamiyama to create a successful quiz show along with other crew of the show such as the diligent and driven Takasuji Reina.

The theme song, I LOVE. I LOVE. So glad it is for this drama and not that other one with another member of Arashi in it.

It is only after really exciting dramas that I go by an episode-by-episode description of my thoughts because... uh... I am that psyched!

Episode 2

I have the first season, I guess watching it would clear some of my doubts about the show and I would know the path on which this drama will take on sooner. But I am so busy with my assignments and everything that I cannot really focus on it. Besides, it seems fun to wait a bit anyways. Just watch as the drama unfolds.

It appears that the amnesiac Kamiyama also has a multiple personality disorder and is controlled by the sneaky Honma for reasons that have yet to be revealed. I have a major presentation tomorrow and I am blogging about dramas. I rock.

Who the hell is this Misaki? Let me see, she drowned and Kamiyama was probably banging her before she died. Why does Honma appear to hate Kamiyama so? Perhaps Honma and Misaki are related? By blood? By love? I am going to make a daring prediction. I love predictions. I made one for Maou and I got it correct. This one proves a bit more twisted. Let me see... definitely not siblings, since their family names are different. Or Honma can be a fake name. Honma was banging Misaki when Kamiyama and all his Sakurai-hotness came along and snatched Misaki away. Something happened, like the boat Kamiyama and herself rode on went kaboom and then she drowned. Honma, pissed, decided to lock the amnesiac up and torture him. He is sadistic, that was why Misaki left him in the first place.

Someone hire me, I would be a good novelist.

The cast and the guests for this season appears to be much more famous as compared to the previous season. What a great cast, like Sho, Yoko, Maya Miki and Ayaya weren't enough, they had Aikawa Sho for the first episode, Minami for the second and then Narimiya Hiroki will appear for the next. Amazing.

I know Sho is like the star and all. He's the one people are tuning in to watch, but my goodness, Yoko turns me on like never before. What? I am only a girl. Kamiyama's constant headaches is getting old. Saejima's constant worries is getting annoying. YokoxAyaya seems to be a weekly thing. We like. Takasugi will be an important character before the drama ends. That, I think will happen since the cast kept suggesting it in the preview episode.

I didn't skip one minute and still the drama seems to just fly on by. It just fills my head with questions. I hate not knowing. Gah! I am putting my money on Honma being the mastermind psychic and Kamiyama is the puppet, chosen to torture. Evil!Yoko. Nothing more I can ask for. We look forward to next week's episode, with two presentations, 2 reports and one test in my head.

[Talk] Sadists Are Sexy

I am HOOKED on "The Quiz Show". And frankly, I haven't thought about watching "Smile".

The "Smile" storyline just doesn't attract me at all and I was watching Jun on Hanamaru Cafe and the preview showed Jun crying in a telephone booth or something. Well, that alone could have turned me off.

"The Quiz Show" one the other hand.

I would pretend that Yoko is reading this blog and then ask him to do unmentionable things with myself in presence, but then, I am trying to not sound so freaky. So, I am just going to say... he's hot in a creepy way.

The double-personality thing Sho's Kamiyama has going on is... okay, so, if you are an amnesiac, you don't just transform from a confident, cocky host into a crazy, panicky mental patient just like that.

The whole drama has a wtf thing going on. It is wtf that attracts the audience. I cannot help but wonder wth is going on with the storyline.

Both Yoko and Sho are GREAT in there. Not being biased, seriously. But Yoko has an evil Seishiro going on, that was all. But that alone was enough to prove that he can act, have you seen Yoko as Yoko? Sho... so very believable as a quiz show host, the type that makes you want to smack him or turn the TV off, but you don't because you are curious.

I didn't like Ayaya a few years ago, until I watched "Ao no Honoo", the girl is famous/popular for a reason. Maya Miki, always great.

One of the reasons I like Kanjani8 is because most of them are able to remain modest. I know they're not as successful as other groups, therefore are unable to be cocky even if they want to. But they are having some amount of success. They're selling more than KinKi Kids or NewS or V6 now, and they are still able to retain their modesty. That is something rare. I mean look at the dudes from NewS. Single sales are so-so, about three of them had some form of drama career, yet all five out of six of them are cocky bastards (and no, the one that isn't cocky is not Ryo.). No, really. Their newest PV looks like a foreboding failure to me.

Kanjani8 is still able to just be the stupid one and admit that they're not sophisticated, good-looking, sexy idols but more of comedian-idols. Arashi still makes fun of themselves, but now that they're having so much success, you can tell that they're overflowing with confidence, like the name "Arashi" is supposed to stand for something. Don't get me wrong, the success is great, but... uh... it is not all great. K8 is like... Arashi from 3 years ago, but less publicized and very Kansai.

Yoko is one of my favourite Johnny's. To see how grateful he is for being on this show, Waratte Iitomo, makes me happy. At least he realizes that success is not a matter-of-fact thing. I mean, K8 probably had the most low-keyed, under-publicized debut of all the Johnny's groups. I think that the K8 boys (minus Ryo) are a bit too modest. Their sense of self-worth is a bit too low. Okay, the same cannot be said of Ohkura. But when Yoko was saying how Sho and Takki were way more popular than he is... :( Like, seriously, Takki? Takki who? xD

He looks so skinny. He lost weight for the drama, not because they asked him to, but because he wanted to say that he lost weight because of a drama. I didn't think he's fat back then, just not Japanese-idol-skinn. The hair. Goodness, the hair. It is similar to Seishiro hair. Gosh, I had the biggest crush on Yoko's Seishiro from Yukan Club. He is very, very hot actually. Just watching this episode made me that much more excited about The Quiz Show II. I actually am more excited about Yoko than Sho. I am so glad he got rid of the crazy ass perm he got earlier this year. Always black, always Seishiro hair. Please.

Uh... maybe he should stop talking about farting. xD Image, image. Idols have to maintain their image, no? About the drama, it is improbable but... YokoxAyaya. Please. More so than ShoxAyaya. xD I cannot get over how good-looking he looks right now. Oh~ brings back memories of Seishiro. I am appalled that the man isn't getting more dramas.

Yoko is so humble. I love humble people. Love, love, love. You know, like as rich as they get, they are still into cheap stuff. Like how Nino loves cheap food. Not that that is humble, probably just stingy. I lost my point. Yoko is hot and humble and way underrated. With a face like that, you wonder why is he not the star of the group.

OH.MY.GOSH.

I want a baby like Chinen. I know he's like, 13 and I am like 20 and stuff, so it would be more appropriate to say I want a younger brother. But I want a baby like Chinen -NOT NOW BUT WHEN I LIKE, AM READY AND STUFF-. ^^ I mean, if I am able to produce such a special cupcake, it would be great. Chinen is a magic cupcake. The other Hey! Say! JUMP kids are just regular cheap butter muffins. Chinen is a cupcake with colourful sprinkles and magic powder and a Ohno picture stuck on top of it. He's a VERY, VERY special cupcake.


Chinen is uber cute... his adoration for Ohno added to the cuteness.

Damn, I wanna eat a cupcake right now... and I wish that Morimoto kid and his retarded little brother can disappear from my screen. They are soooo annoying and trying to hard to be cute that it just annoys my head off. And that Okamoto kid, geez his face looks like a cross between a lizard and a komodo dragon and a cyborg, is he like, incapable of facial expressions? Okay, I am cool... its cool. I don't even hate Jin that much... frankly I don't really hate Jin a lot... But those Morimoto kids and that Okamoto kid... DX I have this feeling that my head is burning everytime I see them... its that bad.

I really want to throw them off Eiffel Tower like how Nodame fell from it. Really... even their uchiwas would be okay... I would throw the uchiwas and pretend its them. Look at that younger Morimoto kid, he looks like the son of Chewbacca or Jabba the Hut or something. Eww... he took centre stage only cos he has a brother that already debuted. And his brother is good at pretending to be cute by saying how he loves hamsters. We all know they are reptiles in disguise. What? I am not mean, I am just pissed for no reason. OMFG a minor pain in my chest. Damn, my doctors told me not to watch them. He said they give out murderous beams through the screen. The evil that lies within them is too great.

Anyways, Yoko is such an attention whore and the weird thing is... I don't even care if he can't shut up or is obnoxious in the eyes of others cos all I see is hotness.

Then Question? performed their song "Mezamero! Yasei". Actually, although Question? never got to have their CD debut, they've been around for a long time. Having a few fangirls here and there but never has a big opportunity came their way until 2008. When Johnny's old-timer Matchy or Kondo Masahiko wanted to make a fancy cool comeback and needed a band to perform with.




He asked for a band and when he was told that they have a band in Johnny's, he was initially worried, but when he saw them perform, he saw that they had potential. Johnny's is NOT merely an idol factory. They have cool bands like these too. And frankly, these people have what we call... class. And as I said before, if Johnny's spit it out, I'd take it happily. Oh and yeah, their name is spelled with a ? at the end as Sakurai Sho pointed it out many many times. There's another band called FiVe that always played at the other boys' performances, but Question? I knew better.

My prediction for them is that they'd only debut when TOKIO no longer sells. I'm not sure though, cos that is going to take a long time. Hopefully along with this opportunity to perform with Matchy, they get more popularity and then get to debut. Cos, lets take a dive into the past, when Otogo Gumi was in existence, TOKIO wasn't. TOKIO was the only band right now that is releasing singles with themselves playing the music (although we have K8 but we all know the fangirls are in for the gayness.) but Johnny's Jimusho is making a big mistake if they let talent like Questions? go on without CD debut. Their aura is amazing, to think that these are juniors is just a waste. I bet they don't get to debut cos they refuse to wear those curtains. xD Best of luck to the five...

They later played the game "Guess the Intro" focusing on Kanjani8 because Yoko was there. Two groups of 5 Juniors were to guess and at times, Yoko's assistance can be obtained. At one point, Yoko almost couldn't recognize the melody leading to the chorus for "Sukiyanen, Osaka" LOL.


Yoko discussed his treasures with Maru and Koyama, he said his treasures are the Kanjani8 members. AWWW... he also complained how the cameras always focused on Ryo and Subaru. xD Then he sung a solo song "ConfUsion" he was too sweaty... it was...



Hey! Say! JUMP then discussed their "Treasures" with the hosts. I don't care what the others say but Chinen said his treasures are "Ohno-kun Goods", yes, its OHNO AGAIN! *Jumps around happily.* Nino will be so freaking jealous he'd hunt Chinen down. But Ohno will protect his little fan. *Goes on and on making stories again.*



That midget Chinen can really dance and sing. His voice is one of those clear, innocent, pure voice, so sweet! He is the best singer and dancer in HSJ (I might be biased... I am not sure...) but yeah, I think so.



Half way through the song "Mugendai", I wished that the other Johnny's would disappear and leave Yoko, Chinen and Tsukada alone. Then they would proceed to give each other hugs and cuddles. Cos the others are just not worthy of it. Of course if Nakamaru wants to join he'd be welcome.


Then Yoko put his hand on Chinen's head. The moment I wished for interaction between the two, Yoko did that. I was happy. Its not Ohno and Chinen, but at least... xD

[Ah, when can I get rid of this phase with Johnny's and close down this blog? Seriously! This constant happiness I feel watching them is being such a pain in my ass that I am annoyed and really want to get over them!

I looked back at my blog entries and realized that I started to get really into this whole Johnny's crap very recently, on 28 of June 2007. It was that "Nobuta wo Produce" that dragged me into this shit.

I know, half a year and I learned so much. Because I get really into things, so I would want to know everything about it then I get over it... its a vicious cycle. I get into it, I become pro at it, I toss it aside.]
