Me loves this drama big time! ♥♥

I mean, even the title is sooooo appropriate. The title literally means "FREE Club" you know free? Free, lots of spare time, perfect for doing stuff that doesn't bring you any benefit.

Okay, the story is a manga adaptation. One of the 9878451231 Japanese dramas that are adapted from mangas. It tells the story of 6 rich and eng people who are practically celebrities in their school. (Some of them so do not look high-school-ish. Puh-lease, Yoko is like, 25. >.>)

Anywhoo, we hearts this drama. And this has to be the drama that is being released subbed the fastest in like... history. Two days after the release of the episodes, the subs are out. Impressive. Two communities are subbing it, Nya and Love Song. ^^

Back to the synopsis. The six free people forming this club are:

1. Shochikubai Miroku (Akanishi Jin) - *I know his surname sounds funny if you read it too fast... but whatever* The son of a police commissioner. Rich. Always seen with a lolly in his mouth. Loves bikes and electronics.
   
2. Kikumasamune Seishiro (Yokoyama Yu) - His dad owns a hospital. Rich. Smartest boy in the school. Patient, level headed. Silent leader of the group, although Miroku appears to be the leader, I think this dude has more influence. *So different from the guy playing it...*
3. Bidou Granmarie (Taguchi Junnosuke) - Son of an ambassador for... one of those Scandinavian countries... look at that stupid platinum blond hair. He is a playboy and a narcissist. *Taguchi should play Oscar in HanaKimi...*
4. Hakushika Noriko (Kashii Yuu) - I think her family has something to do with the Tea industry. She is smart and calm. Basically the female version of Seishiro. She has an intense phobia for men...
   
5. Kizakura Karen (Suzuki Emi) - Pretty, seductive daughter of a single mom who owns a jewelery business. Her aim in life is to marry some rich dude. The female version of Bidou.
6. Kenbishi Yuri (Minami) - Eats a lot, family runs some big business, has a vege garden behind her humongous house. Is a martial arts expert. Extremely loud and childish, has no patience. *The actress was said to have dated Ohno Satoshi from Arashi.*

These 6 high school kids basically runs around doing crap to prevent themselves from feeling too eng. End of story.

I said I like it. I didn't say that this story was any interesting.

I like to see free people doing crap. That's all.



I found my favourite character.>.> I keep favouring stupid airheaded characters. He is so Oscar M. Himejima! xD

[Talk] Yokoyama Yu

Yokoyama Yu.

I remembered him as the obnoxious fat one from Kanjani8 that made a lot of noise and lowered the class of Kanjani8. Instead of proper idols, they were known as merely comedians who sing.

He was annoying in "Haikei Chichiue sama", but I only watched half of the first episode, so I am not sure how his character went. Yoko was just plain annoying, overacts but can be mildly funny at times. Oh and his lips are always that red.

That was what Yoko was to me. The annoying one that Kanjani8 can do without.

I used past tense in the above paragraphs because I happen to think that Yoko is just plain hot after Nishikido in Kanjani8 right now.

I think playing Kikumasamune Seishiro had something to do with it.

Playing a sexay, cool character sorta made Yoko realize his potential. He is idol material after all. He can be cool after all. He shouldn't settle for being the joker. And after watching a lot of Kanjani8 variety shows, I observed Yoko's demeanor change. Yoko became more... [I cannot describe it], his aura sorta... became more... comfy.

I am not sure if it is the fame factor or anything, but Kanjani8 surely has gotten easier on the eyes. The good thing about it is that Yoko's change isn't like Jin's. During performances or shows, Yoko still acts goofy once in a while. But it no longer overacted.

Earlier this year.


Now.

Yoko was actually very obnoxious in the past, but now... he is so composed and stuff. Its almost like how Yoko absorbed a bit of Seishiro into himself. OR he was doing the method acting thing. OR, I am too taken by Seishiro that I see Yoko as Seishiro. Either ways... its cool.

I like Yoko with the Seishiro-hair. But then these idols change their hair style every 5 days. (Okay, after every drama/movie.) So I will be sad if Yoko says goodbye to Seishiro hair, since Yukan Club has ended. Even Taguchi dyed his hair brown and looks sucky. I prefer Bidou-hair on Taguchi. Jin can have any hair he fancies, its not like I give a crap about Jin.

Yoko didn't go to high school. I don't know what is his story since I cannot acquire his version of Shounen Club Premium, but he didn't go to highschool. And when kids his age go to Johnny's lessons with their school uniform, he had to wear his work clothes. I think it was some sort of blue-collar job, so the clothes are not like what corporate workers wear. So he usually changed into daily clothes after work and then changed into Johnny's outfit during lessons.

Poor Yoko was a junior for a long time. He is about the age of Sakurai Sho and Aiba Masaki. They debuted 5 years before Yoko. Kinda sad, but oh well. At least he is doing great right now. Kanjani8 is doing great.

Just a random fact. Nishikido and Uchi are in Kanjani8 before they were in NewS. The 8 member of Kanjani were previously named Kansai Juniors and they were performing on Shounen Club as a group. Then with the debut of NewS, the other 6 thought that their chance had gone by. It is good that Kanjani8 got to debut just a year after NewS and they are doing better than NewS!

Not that I have anything against NewS and RyoPi is good, but its just... See I like Arashi, then I like Kanjani8 and then I like NewS and then I like... KinKi Kids or KAT-TUN, and then its Tackey & Tsubasa or Hey! Say! JUMP. OMFG did I just say Hey Say JUMP? Nevermind. Chinen Yuri can be my pet. Its cool.



Back to Yoko. I do realize that Yoko has a weird looking mouth. I am trying to overlook that fact right now. Everyone has a weird thing or two about their faces. Not everyone is Angelina Jolie.

P/s:
Johnny's Countdown is tonight! But its on Fuji TV not NHK, means all I get to watch is stupid Kouhaku with lotsa transvestite and old women singing enka. Oh and SMAP.

I want Countdown. I want Arashi, I want Kanjani8, I want NewS, and V6, and KinKi Kids. Oh KinKi might be on Kouhaku. I might want KAT-TUN. Oh tonight, there will be a special collaboration between Yamaguchi Tatsuya (TOKIO), Nagano Hiroshi (V6), Nishikido Ryo (NewS), Yasuda Shota (Kanjani8), Akanishi Jin (KAT-TUN) and *drumroll* IKUTA TOMA! Toma is getting into all kinds of stuff these days. Anyways, because these are the kids that are completing their second or third circle of the chinese zodiac that lasts for 12 years. The first two are turning 36 next year, the latter 3 are turning 24! Excited I am, Ryo and Toma!! No one from Arashi cos they all turned 26 but are still far from 36. Riida/Ohno/Captain or whatever you wanna call him is still 27 going on 28 next year. Oh old he is.

I will talk about how Jun has a one sided thing for Ohno who loves Nino who loves Ohno back NEXT TIME.

[Drama] Yukan Club - Episode 7

The Yukan Club got themselves into trouble again! In this 7th episode, Mike He, Taiwanese actor made an appearance as the Prince of some make-believe country who went to Japan to escape from a rebelling general.


Since Yuri’s dad and the King went to Cambridge together, Prince Kasaru will live at her house for the moment. Karen is determined to seduce Kasaru as he is hot and rich and a freaking prince. Karen wants so badly to become a princess.



But, just as Kasaru was thought to be free from harm or any threat of being harmed since the general was caught, the followers of the general caught lovebirds Kasaru and Karen and forced the King to free the general.

This is when Yukan Club tries to save the day.


Firstly, Mike He’s Japanese almost killed me. I don't get Japanese, but Mike's tone was soooo MANDARIN but unintelligible to those that don't know Japanese. You get it? It is like he could have been speaking Mandarin but you don't get it. It is very stressful this way. My ears hurt. It’s like his words stuffed my ear in an attempt to drive me crazy. Mike will appeal more if he just sat there and shut up. Just NOT talk. But when you really look at it, Mike is hotter than Jin.


But since I am in an Arashi, Taguchi and Yoko phase… it will be unfair for me to compare Mike with Taguchi or Yoko, because although Mike most probably is hotter, I won’t admit it. ^^


Yuri is sho kiut! Like she kept eating and eating. ^^ And Yoko… or rather Seishiro is so cool! If only Yoko can learn from the character he is playing, like not talk too much and be more intelligent… Yoko’s character in Haikei Chichiue sama pissed me off MAJORLY, but I only watched one episode of that, so I have yet to decide.

On English. Kashii Yu… was she really the one speaking all the English? WOW! Akanishi Jin… you got that American accent going on there dontcha? Looks like the months you spent in LA wasn’t just on partying and drinking and umm… other stuff.

But I am in this really big Arashi phase right now… I just like the group as a whole, you know? Unlike the others which I only like one or two members from the group, Arashi comes in a package, you cannot choose! It’s one big freaking bag of member love there.

Actually, Yokoyama Yu can be hot. ♥ I cannot believe that I am saying this, but omfg he is so hot.



*Puts her foot into her mouth*



But, he was acting as Kikumasamune Seishiro and he is just... wah! ♥

I cannot help but think that the stupid Yoko who is so embarrassing to watch at times is just a facade. The real Yoko is cool. And hot. ♥ And smart. Especially when he plays the evil Seishiro. Its like... wah...


I... dislike Jin more and more with every passing episode. I mean, he was just acting as himself, only smarter and stronger. Basically, means that Akanishi Jin is as stupid as he is known to be. Bakanishi is not his nickname for no reason.


Yet Taguchi and Yoko are like... totally wah.

Mmmm...

Okay, the song, is addictive as well.

KAT-TUN's "Keep the Faith" It is releasing soon and they are going to be on M-sta tonight in Japan. Or tomorrow... Whenever it is the 16th over there la.

Oh along with Kuu and Tohoshinki. And Laruku with "Hurry Christmas"

On a sad note, I don't know where to get full episodes of M-Sta. Only certain performances I can have access to. Sad, I am.



But Yoko can be hot... if he shuts the hell up at times...
