KAT-TUN met with Suga Shikao for the first time. Suga Shikao is the dude who wrote the lyrics to the song "Real Face". I think what made that song work was the melody. It was brilliant, thanks to Tak Matsumoto of B'z. Of course the bottled-up anticipation for the debut of the group is also a factor for the success.
It was a great song. They performed it with Suga Shikao at the end of the show and Jin jokingly complained that Suga Shikao took away his solo lines. The performance was good. I mean, the vocals are as always, all over the place but I expected no more from them. The energy was great.
But lets talk about the talk part for KAT-TUN. First they discussed Suga Shikao on how Kame was the only one who met him before while the others were meeting him for the first time on the show. I was watching Kame sitting next to Jin and I previously thought that Jin lost weight. But now I am having second thoughts on that. You know... Kame gained a lot of weight since 1 Pound no Fukuin. So... perhaps Kame is not that... anorexic anymore that Jin looks less large next to the croco-one. Hmm... I will need to think about that a little bit more...
They then showed pictures and dramas from when the members were green and modest. Ah those were the days when they were humble and all that. Koki was embarrassed about the crossdressing scene he had in a movie and also the manzai duo TaNaka which was his and Nakamaru's baby. XD Something like that. Anyways... I wish Koki would be less of an egoistic bastard that he is today. He acts all cocky right now. I really liked him a lot in "My Boss, My Hero." So... I mean, without the shitty things that he did in the past, he wouldn't be where he is today, maybe he should give those embarrassing pictures and clips some credit instead of all covering his face in shame at them.
Ah... there is nothing like a bunch of driven young men aiming at their debut. They'd do anything to get ahead while maintaining good group dynamics.
Kame once did an impersonation of this old actor dude and this time the old actor dude came to the show to teach Kame a lesson.
They performed "Don't U Ever Stop" first. Ah... err... hmm... Then again I didn't expect any better of them. So its not like the feelings I have for them are good or unknown. Therefore we should just not talk about this cos its starting to get boring. Besides, although I enjoyed the attention the fangirls gave me a while back, it is just bad for my emotional peace to know that there are people - specifically girls - who are so stupid on earth.
I totally lolled at their dance steps though. xD Seriously... wtf is that during Nakamaru's beatboxing moment. That was hilarious. And Jin's "Hell yeah" xD taht cracked me up too. In addition to Koki's rap "From Chiba..." Then I immediately think oh Aiba. xD Aiba's from Chiba. But then the whole line was basically saying "Its a joke to say that there are no great rapper from Chiba"... basically, Koki was saying that "Dude, I'm the shizz!" you know, he's saying his a great rapper and stuff. Well yeah, sure you are you poser.
Kame likes to play with whatever headgear he wears on stage. He'd sluttily take it off and then flirt with it. xD And when he squats down at the end of the song, it just throws me into a laughing fit which takes minutes to stop. xDDDDD
Ueda was especially smiley in this episode and he was smiling at the camera while doing an air guitar pose. xD Its nice to see an energetic collaboration like this. Now if only we can bring Tak Matsumoto here.
